Ordering with Us
Accurate Information: When placing an order, please make sure all your details are correct, as this helps us deliver your items smoothly.

Payment Options
We accept several payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, jazz cash, easy paisa and others listed at checkout. All payments are made in Pakistani rupees (PKR).

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If anything seems off, reach out to us as soon as possible!

Shipping and Delivery
Out-of-City Delivery Charges: Delivery fees outside Lahore are based on location and order weight but are kept very reasonable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for accuracy.

Delivery Charges for Lahore: A standard delivery fee of (00000) applies for all orders within Lahore. Enjoy free delivery on orders over $5,000.

Tracking: We’ll provide a tracking number after dispatch, so you can keep an eye on your package.

Delays: We strive for on-time delivery, but delays may happen. In such cases, we’ll keep you updated.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to love everything you purchase from Elamrit. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns
only Lahore based If your product arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 12 hours with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds
Refund is possible if the product is unopened and returned within 12 hours of delivery. The customer must handle the return delivery and bear all related charges. After receiving and checking the returned item, we’ll process your refund via the original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Our Content and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, like images, logos, and text, belongs to El Amrit. We work hard to create this content, so please don’t copy or use it without our permission.

Liability Limitation
While we aim to provide the best experience and products, El Amrit is not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages that may result from using our website or products.
